Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The highlight of my stay was the service; Sara handled everything with a very personalized touch, was friendly, and the house is packed with details. It’s a historic building over 100 years old, yet all the facilities are new while preserving its age and beauty. I asked for some extras for my wife and she delivered better than I expected. Everything was perfect.

My experience at La Banksia Hotel surpassed what I imagined! From the instant I entered, the place looked immaculate and well kept. The focus on detail was clear, especially in the spotless bathroom that offered a fantastic shower. You can’t miss the careful restoration visible throughout the property. The owner’s thoughtful renovation of this historic house shows real taste and respect for preservation. At first, I was a little uneasy when asked for my credit card details, only to learn the owner would request payment when I arrived. The owner, an Australian expat with plenty of Ecuador experience, explained that they don’t process payments locally, just hold card information to guard against no‑shows.
