The scenery and quiet location were great, and the pool was beautiful, just like the view during breakfast. We also liked how big the room was. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Even after several requests to housekeeping, dirt from the day before our arrival was still on the floor. I found it impossible that cleaning happened during breakfast. Once the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait. The time during breakfast was too short for proper cleaning, which showed in the end. We also didn’t like that the “warm breakfast” was advertised, yet items like scrambled eggs or omelette were only served for an extra charge. The breakfast selection was bland and limited. The furniture in the room was heavily worn. I also felt the promotion of their own wines, cooking classes, and restaurant was too pushy; a simple inquiry would have sufficed.
