Close to the station, it had everything I needed for two nights, the staff were friendly, and it was very clean – nothing to dislike.

The location was ideal, opposite the station, and we were lucky to get into the room early. It was spacious, and I never had free drinks in a fridge before. As a blind guest, the help at Sunday breakfast was really top. However, because I had to leave for the station at 7:15 am on Saturday and couldn’t have breakfast, we arranged for a lunch pack at the reception. The staff went to pick it up, but I found the lunch pack insulting: it came from the fridge with two flat, soggy toast slices, an apple, and a drink. The toast was so soft and mushy it was inedible. I mentioned this at checkout, but I don’t think I was understood. With such a high overnight price, I expected a better lunch, like spaghetti.
