“Very nice hotel”
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and when we messed up our dates during booking they found a good solution for us, even though they had to work extra. They remained pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. The price is a bit high, but that’s the price you pay in Lech. Ski‑in and ski‑out was not great, but decent.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are friendly. The room was clean, and the wellness area was also good. In the afternoons, when you return from skiing, there are pastries and cookies ready. What disappointed us was that in the evenings there is actually no food available after the pastries. It doesn’t have to be a full meal, but a snack at the bar—some cheese, sausage, flammkuchen—would have added life to the bar. We ended up being alone there in the evenings. We think that’s a missed opportunity. Another point was that there were only very soft pillows. In a hotel like this, it would be nice to have more pillow choices.

The suites boast balconies facing south and west, and the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the spa area is superb, featuring a great pool and relaxation zone. The only suggestion for improvement is to open up the lovely reception area more in the afternoon and early evening so guests can unwind and have a drink after skiing or before heading out to dinner.
