The view from the common terrace was stunning, and the apartment matched the description perfectly; privacy was excellent and the place stayed cool even on hot days. However, the mattress is spring‑based, so any movement by a partner is felt across the bed, a rooster from the neighboring unit woke us at 4:15 am and kept crowing until 7 am, and ants invaded on the last night. There was no large recycling bin on the property, and when I messaged the landlord about it, I never received a reply.
