No breakfast was offered, but the room’s condition and location were superb. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact, and every time I reached out they replied almost instantly. Thank you, and if I visit Rome again I’ll come back! The bed was a bit hard, but that’s probably true of all beds in Italy, so I can’t fault this place. I was a bit uneasy about the entry procedure—relying on apps to get into a house can feel risky—but it was problem‑free and very simple to learn.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was very close to the Vatican. The building has no elevator, or the elevator is broken.

The place is very close to the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Online check‑in was easy, they accept tourist tax card payments, and they answered our WhatsApp questions quickly. Overall, it was fine with no unexpected surprises. The bathroom always smelled like pipes even when ventilated, and the peace depended on how the neighbors in the other two rooms behaved. Doors opened with an NFC tag, but ours didn’t work, so we had to use a mobile link instead. We missed that they would clean and change sheets and towels every two or three days; we stayed a week and nothing changed. There was only one chair.

The check‑in system was awful, the accommodation felt like a "fourth‑class" room with a reused bathroom, and there was a shared kitchen where only the fridge and microwave worked; it was dirty and expensive. I will never stay here again. Regards, Juan
