The reception was really great, the staff was incredibly kind from start to finish, and there is a very good on‑site restaurant; I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff are very pleasant and smiling, and they don’t hesitate to give us information about places to visit – very good advice. Breakfast is generous, and the evening restaurant is also very good. The evening and breakfast menus should be varied; they’re good, but after staying a week the menu stays the same.

The hotel is family‑friendly and well‑located in the mountains, in a small quiet village above Lake Como. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. The owner is kind. The room is extra clean and very comfortable. The restaurant dishes are delicious, and breakfast is very generous. Nothing to complain about – everything was top!
