“Ohne Kaution in bar Zimmer verweigert”
The hotel is generally tidy and conveniently located. However, my 17‑year‑old daughter was denied check‑in even though she was traveling with an adult sister until a “Muttizettel” from her mother was sent. Afterwards, both of us were asked to pay 200 € in cash (!) as a “deposit” for the booked gaming room, a requirement not mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions. When we refused, the room we had booked was withheld and we were moved to another room. I am honestly very surprised at how unprofessional the staff were with guests.
