The roof and common areas, the staff’s availability, the location and the price were all great. The cleanliness and comfort left something to be desired.

Excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from the center – the staff were welcoming and adapted the booking to changes in our group. The common areas were spacious, with a kitchen and rooftop, and breakfast was included. The bathroom water was really hot, which was a relief given the temperatures in Dieng! However, overall cleanliness in the common areas and dorms was lacking, and because all areas are open, it was consistently cold.

Great location in Dieng and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful with sorting our onward travel. Breakfast was a lovely Nasi Goreng. Not very clean. The communal kitchen wasn’t very nice - chicken bones left in the sink and it felt like everything needed a thorough deep clean
