The room was clean and the bed was perfect, but because of construction there was no gated parking.

The advertising was false: massive construction was never disclosed, off‑property parking was only offered after the reservation, the neighborhood is rough and my host in N.O. warned me not to trust the off‑gated parking lot; I tried to cancel because of these facts but was refused.

Everything was close and the staff were helpful and nice; I only wish there had been a microwave, that’s it lol.

The place was not as advertised: it claimed gated free parking but the lot was closed for construction until we arrived, and we were told to park on the street in an unsafe area; the sheets had stains and hair, the A/C unit was loud and barely worked, and the staff were not accommodating—everything was so bad that we booked another hotel for the night.
