“A comfortable stay”
Great spot for our day trip to Lake Louise etc (~1 hour drive). The room was large, the bed and pillows were comfortable, it had a small microwave, a coffee & tea machine and a small fridge. They provided disposables, coffee & tea. Parking was right outside, Wi‑Fi was stable and there were no connection issues. Plenty of local eating places nearby. We were told that the email we sent to cancel our flight wasn’t received by the hotel even though we replied to their reminder that said “If you need anything before or during your stay, reply to this email…”. When we checked in they said the room would have been released after 11 am if we hadn’t arrived by then because they hadn’t heard from us.
