Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The building is welcoming and the private parking is very convenient. The staff are very kind. We received an upgrade to a better room, which we appreciated, but the bathroom had an empty, dusty luggage rack.

The staff were professional and welcoming, and the superior room was comfortable. They should consider opening a bar or restaurant for quick lunches.

The peace and quiet are perfect.

The property sits in a great spot in Terracina. Both the reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and hospitable. The room and cleanliness are adequate for a pleasant stay, and the fridge is very handy. One bedside table lacks a power outlet, making it inconvenient to charge a phone. The shower cubicle is missing a curtain or door, so water can splash outside. Adding lactose‑free pastries to the breakfast would be nice. In the afternoon the pool gets swarmed by mosquitoes, which spoils the experience.

The pool and the staff are good, but the overall building feels very neglected.
