We didn’t stay at this motel; it’s a real slum, old, poorly maintained, never renovated, musty in the rooms, with old furniture. The only good thing was its riverside location. It should be demolished and rebuilt! You should always post recent photos of the suggested spots!
The proximity was great, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived.

The reception was difficult in French, the photos didn’t match the place, there was a smell of smoke/animals even with the windows open at arrival, the lamp had no bulb, the shower in the room was worn, and there was a chef’s knife on the head of the bed…???
The silence and lake view were nice, but the room was outdated with worn equipment and a lot of mold.
