The front desk folks were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Unfortunately the room was swarming with flies and the cleaning didn’t meet my expectations. It’s a shame the service and the housekeeping were so mismatched.

I booked what was advertised as a “two‑bedroom one‑suite,” but turned up in a regular two‑bedroom suite in room 104. When I asked the clerk about it, he called it an “upgrade” and warned me the motel across the street is sketchy with a lot of drug activity. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t even have a turntable and the door lock was busted.

The place is easy to get to and the rates are hard to beat. Nothing else to complain about, so I’d say it’s a solid, budget‑friendly option.

I was welcomed at the door by a very pleasant staff member and even got bumped up to an EconoLodge room where I could take care of my business. The air‑conditioner, however, kept cycling on and off without actually blowing hot or cold air, and the toilet seat was split right at the front, which was odd.

The hotel looks fresh after a recent renovation and everything feels modern. I didn’t run into any problems during my stay, so it was a smooth experience overall.
