The location was convenient, the double room with balcony was spacious, the meals were good, there were extra activities, and the kids’ playroom was a nice touch, but they started removing breakfast and dinner items half an hour before closing, and there was no free water provided at dinner.

The hotel offered direct access to the thermal complex, yet the staff spoke only average English, there were payment ambiguities, and older waiters counted cash and sent receipts to reception, which were later deemed unpaid at checkout.
