La Maison d'Irmine

The room and bathroom were large, and the towels were fluffy. Check‑in was hassle‑free, and bikes could be locked safely in the shed behind the building. The only downside was that the pre‑packed breakfast was already in the fridge—there was jam, Nutella, butter, cheese, yogurt, and juice, but no fresh bread; we found that at the nearby Norma, which we hadn’t known about beforehand. Still better than nothing and in line with the price.

Even though we never met the host in person, she sent a welcome message and gave us her number for any issues; everything was spotless and tastefully arranged, with no complaints.

“Prima adresje voor kort verblijf, met super bed en verzorgde badkamer”

The room felt fresh and impeccably maintained, with a modern design and easy access plus great parking; the bed was superb and the bathroom was excellent. A mini‑fridge stocked breakfast items and a kettle was available for coffee, tea or cocoa. The only suggestion for breakfast is to offer some whole‑grain toast in addition to the white bread.

The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, but a comfortable chair in the room would have been nice.

“Au delà de mes attentes”

Close to Eurovelo 5 and easy access to supermarkets for refilling food and other supplies, the bike storage was locked; the exterior of the building didn’t reflect the interior, yet the room was superb, the dining area was recently renovated or well maintained, the bathroom was spotless and shower soap was provided.
