The location was perfectly central. The owner Arif was very helpful and sympathetic. We really liked the room; it was traditional, with all the furniture and details feeling antique. Breakfast was good, everything fresh and prepared just before we ate. No parking available.

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. I did encounter a few issues that I hope can be addressed: the shower drain was clogged, making it inconvenient to use; the safe in my room was broken, raising concerns about the security of my belongings; the bed cover provided was more suitable for a single person than a couple; and the breakfast timing at 10 AM felt quite late, limiting my options for the day.

The only positive thing about this place is the location. Greeting, room facilities, shower, bed, pillow, cleanliness of the room – all were lacking. It felt like a hostel.

Friendly staff, especially the lady who worked hard and was kind; if she isn’t the owner she should be. Loud music late at night forced us to change rooms because we couldn’t sleep, even though the whole hotel was noisy.

The location is great, even though the hotel sits on a busy street, we didn’t hear any noise or get disturbed by music. It was probably wonderful! Nothing to complain about; everything was super good.
