This hotel is top stuff - the service is flawless, and it's really clean with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The restaurant is also great. It's a bit of a trek from the city centre - about 5km - but getting around on a motorbike or tuk-tuk is easy. For me, being a bit out of the way is a plus, especially in India - it's way quieter and you sleep like a baby. Don't hesitate to stay here - it's a great choice!

The service was actually very good, but weirdly, the staff seemed really unreliable. I'm not sure how those two things go together.

The hotel staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home - they really went out of their way to help with everything. Given it's a budget place, the prices were a bit steep for what you get, especially during peak season, but the staff's kindness made up for it. One tiny thing that would've been great is a mirror in the bathroom, but no big deal overall.
