The highway access was easy and the hotel was close to our event. The pool area was inadequate and the water was very cold. Our room wasn’t cleaned between the two nights; when I asked the staff why it hadn’t been tidied, they asked if I’d requested a cleaning, which I assumed was standard. They never mentioned this policy at check‑in. Our garbage and recycling bins overflowed.

I deposited money that was never returned, the AC didn’t cool, the washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and it feels like they’re just making money with no care.

The facilities met our needs and the shower had the right water pressure. A free breakfast would have been preferable to the Denny’s offering.
