The breakfast was excellent, and we both adored the room where it was served – very clean and cozy. We enjoyed going down there. The two mornings we stayed were very, very nice. The young man behind the counter was extremely polite and a very, very nice man. The price for a single night seemed high; overall I was satisfied, but the cost felt steep.

Check‑in was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great for walking to the harbor and exploring the neighborhood.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small, making it hard to do hair and makeup.

The room was lovely with a historic feel and a very nice, fully remodeled bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast each morning was perfect and just what we needed to start the day. The location was excellent - right in the center of Newport and across from the public bus. We expected a lot of noise but heard absolutely nothing - neither other guests in the building nor street noise outside. We loved our stay. Nothing

The breakfast was awesome and surpassed what we expected; we’ll definitely return.
