Cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast were good. The receptionist who attended us was dismissive; we arrived a little early and she was very indifferent.

The location is good. The hotel has no elevators and staff did not offer to help with luggage. The bath towels are thin and small, pillows are poor, and the attached bistro fell short of the dish description versus what was actually served.
