Great value for money! The saunas were small, but more than enough for us girls. For serious spa lovers, there are large thermal baths within walking distance, and the hotel even gives guests an extra hour of access. Dinner was excellent too. The only thing that puzzled us was why the wine was taken away from the table instead of being left there.

The food was okay, but the coffee was bad. The evening restaurant offered very limited options. It feels more like a pension, certainly not a Relais & Châteaux hotel.

A large, comfortable room and a very nice spa. A complimentary champagne welcome on Saturday evenings. No welcome tray in the rooms, and the half‑board was worthless (the side dishes were the same whether you chose meat, fish or a vegetarian dish, a red‑fruit soup as starter and a red‑fruit mousse for dessert the same night, recycling side dishes from one night to the next). The staff were overwhelmed and not at all helpful, especially during the last breakfast (she was alone and kept repeating to all the guests who came to the front desk when they were fed up waiting). The rooms are not cleaned every day (you have to ask at reception). Overall, it does not meet the standard of a 4‑star hotel, let alone a Relais & Châteaux. We were disappointed. It’s a shame because the hotel is pretty and comfortable.
