The room was very clean and the staff were super friendly. They made our trip a little easier, the check‑in was super easy, the room was great, and they got us linens for the pull‑out bed right away. The road behind the strip mall is a bit rough.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and respectful, yet the breakfast offered nothing healthy—no fruit, yogurt, or juice—and I had several internet issues; at one point they asked me to call a service, which I told them I shouldn’t, because I had booked the hotel’s Wi‑Fi and it’s their responsibility to provide it.

It was close to our event venue and quiet, but the floors in our room were dirty.

The room was large and nice, yet the bathroom’s shower head was black from long neglect, the tub had film and dirt lines from previous baths, so we had to use sink water to clean ourselves after arriving at midnight; there was no Wi‑Fi, it smelled, and the bed was wobbly.
