The hotel is lovely but I had a leaking problem in my bathroom and it took them 2 days to fix it, and I was only staying 3 days. They did not even bother to change my room and apologize properly. New design, very well decorated room, very clean, nice, helpful and welcoming staff. It’s definitely one of my favourite places in Paris to stay!. Couldn’t stayed longer 😭
