床鋪乾淨、地板乾淨，睡起來的品質ＯＫ！. 一、路訂房皆無含停車位方案的訊息太晚揭露，已經完成訂單下單才收到這個訊息，這會影響旅客挑選此飯店作為住宿下榻點的選擇。尤其需要購買200元停車折抵券，要盡早揭露，這也會影響到消費者的比價。最後有買，是划算的，但是事前揭露做得不好。 二、退房的房務人員服務態度宜再加強、入住時的旅客資訊沒有確認清楚，上樓入住後才又打電話確認。 三、浴室的排水孔（不知道是哪一個孔），有傳出不好的異味。 四、綜上，過往因商務出差來住過這間旅宿，但４年後再來體驗不如當年，服務品質也下降，雖然鄰近國華街非常方便，但一個晚上的住宿費用也不便宜，以上的幾個住宿體驗回饋都是可以直接做改善的。

The mattress was comfortable, and it was quiet in the middle of the city. The double room, mattress, and bathroom were super small. The main issue: we came for breakfast, but when checking in we were told the next day there would be no breakfast due to internal cleaning and the price was reduced by 100 NT, even though the message had mentioned it but not early enough. That felt very bad.

The four‑person room was spacious, with two sinks that were very convenient, a large mirror area, and a shelf for items; the room was clean. The showerhead was large but gentle, not painful, and there was a small shelf for toiletries. The complimentary shampoo and body wash smelled good. It’s close to Guo Hua Street and many bars, barbecue spots, and night‑food places, so you never run out of places to go. The toilet paper was thin and small; those who don’t like it should bring their own. The mirror light was dim and high, and the sink was tall, so people who need to apply makeup might need their own mirror.

6人房是樓中樓，空間上非常適合家庭旅遊居住。地點位於熱鬧的古城區，吃喝都很方便，喜歡看古建築和廟宇的家人也看了好多喜歡的東西。飯店有停車位可預約，也解決了假日難停車的問題。飯店自己有餐廳空間，提供的全天侯飲料吧和小點心，帶東西回來吃也可利用餐廳空間，不會把房間弄得都是食物的味道，非常的棒。還有提供的早餐雖然是常見的中西式吃到飽餐點，但不用一起床就為了外出覓食傷腦筋，吃飽還可回房間休息一下再出門，這點我們都很喜歡。. 樓中樓１樓的冷氣的風可能因為天花板較低會直吹各個床位，同行有怕冷的家人受不了而睡不好。日常隔音還算可以，但如果隔壁房有住比較興奮的小孩，會聽到奔跑的聲音，以及在門口講話的聲音，隔壁按電鈴也一直以為是按我們房間的。只是因為吵鬧的時間非深夜大家在休息的時段，所以就沒向櫃台反映了。
