The location and cleanliness were good, yet the restaurant allowed smoking and the scent lingered even at the reception and in the non‑smoking areas.

I found the place incredibly quiet and the vibe was pleasant, but for a longer stay I’d opt for a bigger room.

Overall a pleasant hotel, but I was sold a single room with a 1.40 m bed as a double, which felt very cheeky; I only realized this because the occupancy plan in the stairwell explicitly said “Einzelzimmer” next to my room number.

The single room was spacious, the bed wide, the bathroom clean with plenty of storage, and everything else was spotless; dinner was only buffet but delicious, especially the amazing potato salad, plenty of vegetarian options, à la carte desserts, and Sunday breakfast started at 7 am but I could begin at 6 am 45; the only gripe is that the fruit salad at breakfast was sugared, which is unnecessary and unpleasant.
