I recently had a disastrous stay at this hotel, which started with a brownout and no water. Despite being there for 40 minutes after arriving by bus, we weren't informed about the issue until it was too late. As a result, we lost not only the money from our booking but also the money we spent on the bus and an extra day due to the hotel's inability to compensate us. The staff didn't offer any assistance, making the situation even more frustrating.

My family and I (7 adults and 2 children, Filipinos and Germans) booked four double rooms for a night, expecting a simple, no-frills stay. The rooms were indeed affordable, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to our expectations. We had trouble finding the hotel in the dark because the logo wasn't lit, and the receptionist seemed unmotivated, although friendly. Payment was only possible by cash or GCash, which was inconvenient.

While this hotel is the only one in town and conveniently located on the main road, our stay was marred by several issues. The room and bathroom looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned for a while, and the low water pressure meant that the shower was barely dripping. To make matters worse, there was no trash can in the room, which made it difficult to dispose of waste.
