The staff were supportive, caring and communicative, especially when we arrived late with kids; they did everything possible to make sure we had food before bed since we forgot to order ahead. The water pressure could have been stronger and the TVs should have been connected to keep the kids entertained, but we managed with the available Wi‑Fi and our laptops.
