Everything was perfect. No issues.
It was perfect for a few Roman days. The hotel is just a short walk from many historic and tourist sights, and the room is spacious and cool. The owners are very warm and always ready to help, and everything is very well taken care of.

The location was great, the room was large and comfortable with a fridge, and the air conditioning worked well. Even though breakfast isn’t offered, the room had an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee and toast, plus a Nesspresso machine in the hallway. They refilled complimentary water every day. The reception staff were very attentive; they’re not open 24 hours, but you can reach them by WhatsApp and they reply quickly. We chose the airport transfer, which was very good service and reasonably priced.

The location is great, very quiet and roomy. The entrance is a bit tricky, and the shower leaked a fair amount of water onto the floor. Guests swept away all the sweets and candies that the owners had provided.
