Everything was great—cleanliness, quiet, staff, and facilities. The breakfast… well, it’s better to book a room and eat somewhere else.

Close to the station, good location. Rooms are tidy, fully equipped, and clean. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

The wheelchair‑friendly bus and toilet setup was excellent, and there were no other issues.

The only advantage was the proximity to Hiroshima Station, but the cleaning was terrible with heavy dust inside the room; the room itself was tiny, the downstairs Matsuya restaurant was overpriced and awful, and the front desk staff were unprofessional.
