“No se pudo descansar”
Two beds in the room. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of understanding from the staff. We arrived two hours early because my husband became ill and needed a place to rest, yet the hotel insisted on charging us an extra $100 pesos just to access our room a bit early. The rooms are in close proximity to the road making it hard to rest. Lo más frustrante fue la total falta de comprensión por parte del personal. Llegamos con dos horas de antelación porque mi esposo se había sentido mal y necesitaba un lugar para descansar; sin embargo, el hotel insistió en cobrarnos 100 pesos adicionales solo por permitirnos acceder a la habitación un poco antes. Las habitaciones están muy cerca de la carretera, lo que dificulta el descanso
Everything was very clean, but the large window didn’t have any bars.
