“WARNING!!! Avoid this hotel if you are depending on the airport shuttle.”
Nice property with good spacious rooms and good breakfast. Intolerable shuttle situation. Over an hour wait for a shuttle that was not already packed with people. Only 2 shuttles serving 2 hotels and a parking lot is totally unsatisfactory. On finally arriving at the property the staff had already checked someone else into our supposed room because they could not get the names right. They when they finally solved that situation they gave us a room that the key card did not work for and we had to be assigned a completely different room again. The check in process that should have taken less than 5 minutes ended up taking over 15 minutes. So the staff was totally incompetent also!
