The staff were very friendly, the areas were always clean and it felt exclusive because there weren't many people in the hotel area. Personally, the rooms didn't have a TV, and the furniture in the TV lounge was uncomfortable.

I liked the breakfast, the privacy of the cabins, the facilities are nice, the place is pretty but needs maintenance. I didn't like the cleanliness of the rooms, we found spiders and many insects in the bathrooms, the pool cleaning was inadequate, they were full of animals and grime, the water looked cloudy which made us not trust to enter. The pool opening time was 10 am and at 10:40 am they hadn't finished cleaning so we couldn't enjoy what we chose the hotel for, I think better to pick a cheaper option since we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Comfort was great. The rooms were very close to the restaurant area.

The location is fantastic, but the bed had a stain and the bathroom cleaning was shallow.
