Nothing good here; everything was terrible. The rooms were infested with cockroaches and the washroom had no water at all, the flush didn’t work, and the bed sheets and blankets felt used. The room smelled unbearable, and the images online were completely misleading. At 2:00 am someone kept banging on our door, so we called the police who checked the cameras and confirmed the situation. It was the worst experience ever; I went to Hyderabad with my family and this ruined our city trip. I would never trust this place again. The walls were crumbling, we booked for two days, paid in full, but checked out after one day and moved to another hotel. I would advise people not to use this app because they don’t verify the hotels before listing them. We didn’t even get basic facilities, couldn’t see enough photos, and we recorded a few videos before leaving.
