What I liked was that it’s a very economical lodging and very well located. Everything was fine.

The gentleman who welcomed us was friendly, but the two rooms I booked were filthy: the beds had ants, the bathrooms were dirty, there was only a hose for water with no tap or shower, the trash can was full of waste, the mattresses were hard and dusty, and the sheets had dust. It was a disastrous experience; when they said they would clean, they only brought a broom, which wasn’t enough.

The price is cheap, yet that doesn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness in the rooms; the guard is the only staff covering all service areas, a senior man who just wipes and sprays a scent, awful. The worst thing that happened was a spider crawling over my bed; they don’t even provide soap, the showers have no warm water (the taps don’t work, all justified by saying it’s like the beach, the water and electricity services differ from the city—totally a lie, it’s a shame they don’t even provide basics—cleaning!
