“快適にすごせる。”
The place feels very clean, but there’s no bottled‑water vending machine, and the walls are thin enough that you can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room.

The breakfast area was pleasant, offering both Western and Asian choices; the green‑cup yogurt was nicely balanced between sweet and sour and had a good texture, and the Meiling coffee was smooth, mildly aromatic, and the best American‑style coffee I’ve had in thirty years of traveling. The room was only suitable for a solo business trip; a couple would need a larger space for more comfort.

The hotel is not far from Hakodate Station on the JR line, and there are many restaurants nearby; walking from the hotel to Asaichi is also very convenient. The bathroom, especially around the toilet, is quite cramped.

A good, inexpensive night’s stay close to the main train station, with very friendly and hassle‑free staff and a variety of food options right outside the door. A tip: a few meters away is a large Max Valu supermarket stocked with sushi, sashimi, and other ready‑to‑heat dishes that you can warm on the upper floor and eat there.

The location was superb, just a stone’s throw from JR and surrounded by plenty of eateries, and the hotel felt clean and brand‑new. The shower delivered strong water pressure instead of a feeble spray, and the breakfast was hearty enough to fill me up. The bathroom was cramped, forcing you to curl up inside the tub while showering.
