“Great location, clean, just don’t plan on breakfast being served in a reasonable time.”

The property’s downtown Charlottetown location was great, it was well maintained and clean, and the front‑desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served in a restaurant‑style setting with four different options, juice, coffee, and tea, but the servers didn’t acknowledge us when we were seated; no one offered coffee or drinks even though it wasn’t busy, so we left after a while and found breakfast elsewhere in Charlottetown.

“Great for a one night stay in Charlottetown with dog and toddler”

Getting in was easy, they welcomed our small dog with treats, and the restaurant servers and breakfast sandwiches were 10/10. It was a bit pricey, but still one of the cheaper options around during peak season in the Maritimes.

The location was fine, but the room’s main issues were that it was too hot for a comfortable sleep and a hot shower; we couldn’t find a way to cool it down while the outside temperature was about 15 °C.

“Excellent and responsive staff, clean room, facilities exceeded my expectations”

The breakfast spread was generous, and the spot is right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to hop around. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be close to the action.
