The location was very good, the place was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were amazing—very clean with good views.

The traditional Balinese style was great, yet the outdoor bathroom felt unsafe because it was completely open.

The place was very beautiful and had a view of the forest; the staff were very kind, quick, and efficient. However, the rooms need better cleaning, the breakfast options are limited for Arabs, the room doors are hard to open, and there are gaps that might let insects in.
