I couldn’t even stay because I arrived and was told Booking didn’t work and the reservations made there were invalid; I was traveling from another city and ended up without accommodation because I trusted that page and the hotel.

The maintenance lady in the room was excellent; I couldn't connect with her this time, but next visit I'll bring her a gift—her work is special and very well done. Thanks. The condition should have been handled by the manager, not by Booking.
