The room was comfortable and convenient. The air‑con worked, and the shower and toilet were functional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned when I arrived, and the rubbish bin was not emptied during the four‑night stay.

I liked that it’s in the city proper, but there is no bidet.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the venue, close to SM, churches, and food stalls/ restaurants everywhere. However, the room needs a foyer to block noise, a door viewer, a bidet spray, an extra clothes cabinet, a phone/telecom, disposable slippers, and the shower glass enclosure should be adjusted for leg room. The location map also needs updating for easier navigation.
