The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, and the location was perfect, with a handy local store just nearby; our unit was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and gas stove, while the gas heater kept the unit lovely and warm; Marge was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us as soon as we arrived, checking us in, and ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay—thank you, Marge, for your wonderful hospitality; we truly enjoyed our stay at Tipi & Bobs and would happily stay again; highly recommended!

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of the city skyline. It's a real bonus to wake up to such a stunning view every morning. However, the property itself could do with a bit of a refresh - the decor feels a bit dated and some of the windows seem to be in need of replacement. Still, the location and views make it well worth putting up with a few minor flaws.

The location of this place was decent, but that's where the positives ended. It really needs a renovation, and the lack of outdoor seating areas was a letdown. We had to deal with a ton of mosquitoes, and the doors and windows were wide open, which was ridiculous considering the price we paid. To top it off, we had to collect our own trash bags.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points - it was right on the beach and within walking distance to some great local restaurants. However, the lack of other guests meant we were stuck with a room that had no view of the ocean, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the hotel's proximity to the beach made up for it, and we enjoyed our time exploring the area. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the lack of a view was a bit of a letdown.
