“Bad experience and I had to change hotel even without refund”

The washroom was poor, had no water pressure, no toiletries, and the cleaning staff never responded.

“Property and rooms are not like what they are in photos, rooms are not clean, cupboards are broken.”

The location was fine and well situated, but the room wasn’t cleaned, the sheets were dirty, the lighting was very poor, and the cupboards were broken—nothing like the photos.

Cleanliness and staff behavior were good, yet the hot water geyser had to be asked to turn on, and although it was done immediately, the water was not continuous.

“I loved the apartment was too good”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment, thanks to its comfortable living space and breathtaking view. The apartment itself was perfect for my needs, and I was particularly impressed by the stunning view from the window. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I was really let down by this hotel, as they failed to provide us with the room we had booked. Instead of trying to help us, they simply told us to "manage" the situation. Thankfully, we were able to get the correct room for our last night's stay, but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths. It's clear that the hotel is not directly managing their bookings and has a third-party middleman in place, which seems to be causing issues.
