The staff at Rishiraj Hotel are courteous and well-behaved, and the overall environment is good; the hotel can also be considered clean and well-maintained. However, considering the room rate of ₹2,000, the quality of the room is not up to the mark. Even after booking a double-bed room, the hotel management does not provide even a single bottle of water, and after a certain time at midnight, the hotel management switches off the AC facility, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
