“Close to everything but overpriced .”
It was close to everything in Stillwater, within walking distance. I feel it was very overpriced and very outdated in a bad way. The caution tape to step up into the bathroom is kind of tacky. Also it would be nice if they had some bottled water waiting in the rooms.
“Expensive but great location.”
The place is conveniently walkable to all the fun on Stillwater. However, getting into the room was a hassle with several heavy doors, stairs, and the room turned out smaller than I expected.

The location is great, the building is old and historic, and the restaurant offers a very nice breakfast. The staff, however, were under‑staffed.
“Quaint but needs upgrading for the price.”
The spot’s location is solid and the old‑world charm feels endearing—maybe a touch excessive—but the food was great. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning barely worked, making the night very hot and sleep difficult.
The desk staff was fantastic; we had a wedding party with many late check‑ins and she handled everything smoothly and was incredibly helpful. The only downside was that the interior could use a freshening up.
