The room had no window. The location is remote without a car. The surroundings along the Mekong are not very nice.

Everything from the front desk to room service and the breakfast area was flawless, and there was nothing to complain about.

The pet cat they had was a highlight, but the staff couldn’t speak English and it took 30 minutes to check me in, and the restaurant lacked most items that were listed on the menu.
