I had the most incredible experience staying with Pappu Dai and his family in Bardiya. The warm environment, delicious food, and beautiful rooms made our stay truly unforgettable. Pappu Dai's exceptional knowledge of the jungle and its wildlife was invaluable, and his passion for sharing this with us was evident in every moment. We felt like part of the family, and I'm already planning my return to relive the memories and explore more of the jungle with Pappu Dai's expert guidance.

“Super stay in a great location with wonderful staff”

My stay at this charming hotel was a true delight. The beautiful grounds, complete with trees and flowers, offered a serene atmosphere, and the proximity to the national park allowed us to spot numerous birds right from the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the owner, Pappu, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

I felt like part of the family during my stay at Golden River, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Pappu and his family. The delicious food, stunning location, and warm atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. As an experienced guide, Pappu was able to take me on an incredible journey, spotting numerous birds and even three majestic tigers.

Our stay at this beautiful location was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional guidance of Papu. His knowledge of the jungle and its wildlife was impressive, and his dedication to ensuring our safety and well-being was reassuring. We were incredibly fortunate to spot two tigers on different days, and Papu's expertise in birdwatching was also a highlight. The garden was lovely, and the rooms were great, but it was Papu's passion and expertise that made our stay truly special.
