Nothing. Everything was bad. There was no cloakroom or hooks where one could hang anything. The apartment was only cancelled after a request (even though a better, larger apartment had been booked) and a single‑room apartment was offered as a replacement without any financial compensation. I had better accommodations on business trips. (S. Images) Also no parking; everything was blocked.

We were redirected by the hotel to a holiday apartment that we could not access. Apart from that, we didn’t stay in the place; that was the last courtyard… It all went out the window, money wasted.

The heating and hot water were all perfect. It was not particularly clean; the description in the listing was incorrect. The kitchen and the bathroom with a bathtub were a shared space! The door to the apartment had a gap of about five centimeters, so the whole kitchen smell drifted into the apartment. The kitchen was extremely dirty, the bin was overflowing and not emptied, for four people there was only one roll of toilet paper and two large and two small towels, which were also dirty! The fridge in the room was dirty and moldy.

There was no breakfast available. A lot of water from the shower drips straight into the living area of the room.

The staff were friendly and the location was okay. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at in Chemnitz. The apartment/room was very dirty: the bed sheets were filthy, the bathroom was grimy with toothpaste residue, trash, and a towel from a previous guest or someone who had been there for an unknown length of time. The toilet was extremely dirty, with urine stains and splashes on the floor, and the shower had not been cleaned either. The room was dusty and had stains everywhere, the fridge was dirty, and so on. It is not recommended.
