“Excelente”
The hotel was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the towels were good, and breakfast had a wide variety, but I didn't have time to use the pool and common areas; overall we really liked the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the facilities are new and working well. The hotel’s sound insulation is quite poor. If your upstairs or neighboring guest stays up late, or wakes up early, you’ll hear them. Besides that, we stayed in the imperial suite, which is next to where towels and other necessities are stored, so you’ll also wake up when the services start. In other words, if you’re looking for a place to rest without an alarm, this may not be the best option.

Tudo muito bom. Instalações, conforto, ambiente limpo e agradável. Café da manhã excelente. A localização é um pouco afastada da área mais movimentada, embora próxima ao Capivari. Preço um pouco alto para a diária do casal e para um hotel 4 estrelas em comparação a muitos outros pelo mundo
“Hotel novo, aconchegante, ótimo atendimento e estrutura!”
The room was clean, new, modern, the bed was excellent, the structure was spectacular. The bathroom floor was heated. Breakfast was incredible!
