“Caring staff but needs updating”

When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, and the desk clerk at checkout was just as pleasant, checking that everything was fine. The bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely the highlight of the stay. On the downside, the bathroom tub didn’t drain, a second safety latch on the door was missing, and the clock alarm went off at midnight even though we hadn’t set it, so we had to unplug it. The carpets were worn and tired, giving the room a run‑down vibe.

“Very disappointing”

Getting there was easy, but the place was dirty. The phone I used to complain was filthy, and there was no hand soap in the container. The bathroom was disgusting, with long black hairs in the tub and on the toilet, and the front of the toilet itself wasn’t clean. The ceiling had black spots all over it.

Nothing positive, because they wouldn’t let me check in. I didn’t like how I was treated.

“Room was well cleaned. Comfortable bed and bedding.”

The food selection and quality were poor; most food was gone when we went for breakfast during breakfast hours and it was not replaced, which was very disappointing.
