The staff were amazing, the resort is beautiful, and it’s in the best location in Nusa Dua. Couldn’t fault it! Nothing.

・ザ・リザーブカテゴリー宿泊者限定ラウンジレストランでの朝食時に白飯（スチームドライス）が常備されておらず 食することが出来なかった（スタッフより翌日も利用する意向があれば、あらかじめ用意するとのことではあったが） ・部屋内が常に寒く、空調を常時オフにしても室内空調吹き出し口より常に冷気が出ており、フロントに申し出するも 館内空調が25℃設定の為対応出来ないとのこと 止む負えず宿泊中は網戸が設備されていた為、窓を開けた状態で過ごした ココナッツオイルが固形に固まる程の室温で、オイル使用時は室外もしくはお湯にて溶かして使用するほどであった

You have to experience it in real life to appreciate how insane it is! The resort is massive, and every inch is perfectly designed and feels like a magic tropical movie set
